Project Description
Research-based Community Telehealth Centers for Sustainable Elderly Empowerment to:
- Maximize available technologies to improve gerontologic health through elderly empowerment.
- Enable delivery of healthcare education to remote places and facilitate information exchange, therefore solving geographical health service disparities.
- Understand the prognosticators of technology-acceptance among the elderly population and build their capacity for sustainable self-directed healthcare.

Project Agreement With The WeObservatory
MOU signed on:
1. Cooperation on scientific and technological researches through
(a) joint conceptualization of research projects,
(b) data gathering, and
(c) sharing of literature resources, related to the following areas of interests, but not limited to technologies in Health, Women Empowerment, and Training and Development;
2. Publication of researches under the affiliations OLFU and Millennia2025, and joint presentation in international conferences and seminars in 2013 – 2014.

(a) joint conceptualization of research projects,
(b) data gathering, and
(c) sharing of literature resources, related to the following areas of interests, but not limited to technologies in Health, Women Empowerment, and Training and Development;
2. Publication of researches under the affiliations OLFU and Millennia2025, and joint presentation in international conferences and seminars in 2013 – 2014.
Planned Activities 2014 - 2015
- Joint publication of articles in scientific journals, on women's empowerment, eHealth, Telehealth.
- Expansion of the Millennia2015 WeHealth Study results 2012 to specific targets, such as elderly, disabled, isolated populations.
- Presentation of the research at Medetel 2014.
- Expansion of the Millennia2015 WeHealth Study results 2012 to specific targets, such as elderly, disabled, isolated populations.
